We would be most grateful if you could accept this letter of appointment to act on our behalf in the search for suitable properties in the Cortona area of Tuscany that we can offer for sale to our exclusive American and British clientele.

In particular we are looking for:

• Classical period villas with Italianate parks
• Restored farmhouses, preferably with swimming pools and olive groves
• Quality town apartments, possibly frescoed walls, and their original construction materials intact ( wood beams, terracotta tiles floors etc. )

The appointment starts as of today’s date and is valid for 1 year ( 12 months), subsequently renewable by common agreement upon expiration.

We understand that your recompense or sales commission shall be paid directly to you by the vendors, according to your own agreement with them.

Solleone Ltd t/a Classic Tuscan Homes will not charge you or the vendor any commission as we shall be paid for our agency services directly by our clients upon conclusion of each successful real estate purchase contract.
